  The shipping costs will be determined according to the customer's location and will be displayed prior to checkout.


• Free Shipping
  Free standard shipping is offered for all orders exceeding $100 before taxes, with the exception of oversized items. Any items not eligible for free shipping will be clearly marked as such. Please note that free standard shipping is available only in areas where standard shipping is offered. At present, standard shipping is not available in the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.


• Return
  Please ensure that all returns are accompanied by the original packing slip and that the product remains sealed in its original packaging and condition. Please note that books and manga can only be exchanged for store credit. Additionally, clearance items, used products, underwear, candy, and gift cards are considered final sale. If a product is found to be defective, please reach out to the manufacturer within 45 days. Please be aware that online orders cannot be returned in-store.
